Times Gone By

They say it’s the little things and I think that’s true.  Fumbling for the light switch on my way into the kitchen.  This is our time.  Us time.

“Habits are a firm foundation for relationships.”

–Ryan Craker

I think that’s true.  I’ve seen it in these moments, small moments.  They build and build and the mountain of evidence in front of me says: trust. There’s an energy here.  Or there was.  And now it’s gone.

Just as hope springs eternal, so do new opportunities.
Today, I will find it:
A new package of coffee filters.

–Thanks to twowritingteachers.org for the slice of life challenge.  This is day 24.–

I made that quote and name up; apologies to anyone named Ryan Craker.
